Accredited BPO providers win trust in new research

JANUARY 2026 — New research cited by Intelligent Sourcing suggests BPO buyers are more likely to choose accredited providers. Thus, trust in sales teams remains weak across key markets.

In a report by Ryan Strategic Advisory earlier this year. It showed that 75% of companies looking for an outsourcing partner are failing to buy into BPO sales teams.

The report noted that 94% of companies are more likely to choose an accredited BPO provider, while 84% are keen to use industry specialists to help navigate provider selection if they knew commission was not being received from the BPO.

David Neale, founder of accreditation specialist GBPO Solutions, urged providers to increase transparency so potential customers can better understand what he described as the sector’s complexity.

“The research clearly shows that trust and transparency are far more important than experience and price,” Neale said.

The said research covered five markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and Australia.

“The great news is that as the demand for accredited BPOs grows, increasingly BPOs are waking up,” Neale said.
