Customer Contact Week Australia and New Zealand returns March 18-19 at Royal Randwick Racecourse, bringing together senior CX, contact centre and digital service leaders
SYDNEY, Australia — For the first time ever, the highly anticipated Customer Contact Week Australia and New Zealand (CCW ANZ) heads to Sydney, bringing the region’s leading customer experience and contact centre event to Royal Randwick Racecourse on March 18–19, 2026.
Adam Gilchrist, one of Australia’s most admired cricketers and a defining leader of the nation’s most dominant sporting era, will headline the 2026 event in an exclusive in-conversation session on leadership, performance and the mindset of champions.
A record-breaking wicketkeeper-batsman and former vice-captain of Australia, Gilchrist will share insights from the dressing room and the field, offering attendees a rare look at what it takes to lead under pressure, perform when the stakes are high and inspire teams to excel. The session will also feature a live audience Q&A, giving delegates the opportunity to hear firsthand lessons from one of the country’s most respected sporting figures.
Set against the iconic backdrop of Royal Randwick Racecourse, CCW ANZ 2026 signals a bold new chapter for the event as it enters Sydney for the first time. With fresh energy, new voices and reimagined ways to connect, the event will bring together the region’s most influential customer contact, CX and digital service leaders for two days of insight, innovation and high-value networking.
Under the theme, “Bigger. Bolder. Beyond. The Future of Contact: Seamless, Intelligent, Deeply Human,” CCW ANZ 2026 will explore how AI, automation, workforce innovation and human-centred design are transforming the way organisations serve, support and connect with customers.
The 2026 edition will feature more than 70 early confirmed speakers from across financial services, education, energy, health care, insurance, retail, technology and community services. Leaders from organisations including Microsoft, Zoom, Vonage, NICE, Optus, Equifax ANZ, AMP, WooliesX, RACV and Australian Retirement Trust are set to join the program.
Beyond the main stage, attendees can expect an expanded lineup of awards, VIP lunches, live demonstrations, curated networking experiences and exclusive one-to-one meetings connecting solution providers with senior decision-makers. This year’s event will also unite CCW ANZ and GovCC in one dynamic experience, broadening opportunities across both enterprise and government sectors.
Organised by IQPC, CCW ANZ is recognised as Australia’s largest customer contact event and one of the most senior gatherings of contact centre leaders in the region. With Sydney as its new home for 2026, the event aims to set the pace for the next era of customer connection.
