Hello I am Nathan Muniz the owner of 247SECRETARY.COM. I started this outsourcing center to provide customer service to my own collection of businesses based in the USA. I enjoyed putting together my own call center so much I have decided to put together teams for other businesses to utilize.

Being offshore and in the Philippines our labor rates are usually at least 50% less than those from Western Countries. This is huge cost savings for all of our clients.
