Dimension All Group

The reality is that construction projects demand better, faster, cheaper results, but local teams are stretched thin. Hiring takes too long, costs keep rising, and productivity is suffering. Your business needs a way to scale without sacrificing quality, safety or control.

Our Solution: ‘Work Sharing’ – A Smarter Way to Scale
With Dimension All Group, you don’t outsource; we work share. Our customised approach helps companies extend their teams with high-performing Filipino engineers who become a seamless part of your workflow.
We don’t take jobs away – we take the work that pains your team and free them up for what they do best onsite.
Top Engineering Talent, Ready to Scale

• Focus on Construction and Energy.
How We Work – Structured for Success
Success comes from structured collaboration, just like an in-house team. We don’t just provide staff, we integrate them into your workflow so they become indispensable to your business.
• Dedicated Team Model – We build teams to your specifications and hire the best talent for your needs in as little as six weeks.
• Seamless Communication – Daily huddles, end-of-day reports, and structured check-ins ensure transparency and alignment. Our staff work in parallel shifts with your team.
• One Point of Contact – A team director oversees everything, from onboarding to billing, so your team is always supported.
• Proven Stability & Retention – Less than 5% turnover per year, compared to 33% in traditional outsourcing.
