DUMAGUETE CITY, Negros Oriental — BPO firm Inspiro is expanding to a larger site in Dumaguete City and preparing to open about 300 more jobs as it grows its operations in Negros Oriental, company officials said March 24, 2026.

The company will transfer to the Cybergate Dumaguete building annexed to Robinsons Place Dumaguete, where its new office will occupy the fifth to seventh floors. The transfer begins this week, while the inauguration of the new site is targeted for September 2026.

The expansion is expected to raise Inspiro’s workforce to 2,400 employees from its current 2,100-seat capacity, further boosting employment opportunities in the province.

“We are making history today after staying here and seeing the beautiful and unlocking potential of Dumaguete,” said Rommel Regino, senior executive vice president and chief executive officer of Inspiro. “We are moving our current location as we further expand into the province and further grow.”

Regino said the expansion reflects the company’s continued growth in Dumaguete, where it has operated for more than 16 years.

Inspiro and Infocom operate under parent company Altius. Company officials said around 90 percent of their employees are from Dumaguete and other parts of Negros Oriental, which they cited as a key strength in their expansion plans.

The new office will include employee lounges, lockers, an entertainment room, training rooms, conference rooms and a cafeteria.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the new site was held Tuesday, March 24, 2026, marking the latest expansion of the company’s Dumaguete operations.

This move underscores the company’s confidence in Dumaguete as a growing BPO hub and is expected to generate more jobs for local residents.
