SINGAPORE — Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Asia, the region’s longest-running event for the shared services and global business services community, will return for its 29th edition Oct. 20-23, 2026, in Singapore. The event will bring together senior leaders, decision-makers and practitioners from across finance, operations, human resources, digital and transformation to exchange ideas, celebrate industry achievements and shape the future of shared services in Asia.
SSOW Asia 2026 will offer attendees direct access to more than 50 speakers, 80% of them new to the event, alongside networking opportunities with directors and senior executives who make up 70% of the audience. The event will also feature the SSON Impact Awards Asia Night, which will mark its ninth year of recognizing excellence across 11 award categories tailored to the shared services and outsourcing industry.
The program will include SSOW Asia Week’s Premium Conference on Oct. 21-22, where participants will hear shared services success stories, discuss industry trends and explore approaches to enabling GBS transformation. The conference is designed to connect peers, foster collaboration and provide practical insights for business leaders navigating change.
