SYDNEY – SSOW Australasia 2026, the 29th Australasian Shared Services and Outsourcing Week, will bring together senior leaders in shared services, outsourcing and finance transformation at the InterContinental Double Bay in Sydney on May 12-13, 2026.

With the integration of NextGen Finance Transformation ANZ into the 2026 program, the combined event will cover how organizations are approaching enterprise transformation. This comes as finance, operations and service delivery functions increasingly work across the same digital, data and automation agendas. The 2026 program will focus on topics ranging from agentic operations and enterprise intelligence to new delivery models across shared services and finance.

Participating organizations are expected to include Allianz Services, Sims Metal, Airservices Australia, Suncorp, Woolworths, Transport for NSW, Anglicare, Sydney Water, Boral, BlueScope, Pepper Group, Live Nation APAC, Bank of Queensland and James Cook University. Finance transformation leaders from Sanofi, Universal Music Group, Lion, Bendigo Bank, The Lottery Corporation, L’Occitane and Resolution Life also are expected to join the program.

A central feature of the 2026 event is the integration of NextGen Finance Transformation ANZ into SSOW, bringing finance leaders more directly into discussions around AI-powered planning, digital finance infrastructure and enterprisewide reporting. The change is intended to create a single forum for conversations that have often taken place separately across operations and finance teams.

In addition to conference sessions, the event will include the SSOW Impact Awards 2026, boardroom discussions, interactive sessions, technology demonstrations, an exhibition area and networking events.

The SSOW Impact Awards, part of a global recognition program, highlight shared services and outsourcing teams for operational performance, transformation outcomes and innovation in service delivery.
