ORLANDO, Florida — Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Conference 2026 will bring together shared services and global business services leaders in Orlando, Florida, from March 16-19, 2026, for four days of strategy, benchmarking and peer learning focused on the future of enterprise operations, March 16, 2026.
Organized by SSONetwork, the event is positioned as the largest global gathering for Shared Services and Global Business Services leaders. SSOW Conference 2026 is expected to feature more than 1,200 attendees, 200 speakers, 100 sessions and 110 solution providers, creating a platform for executives, practitioners and transformation leaders to exchange ideas and practical solutions.

Events
SSOW Conference 2026 will feature a series of signature programs and networking events designed to deepen engagement, highlight industry excellence, and promote collaboration across the shared services community.
SSOWomen’s Day Leadership will take place on March 16 and will focus on female leadership and inclusion in shared services. The program will provide a platform for networking, mentorship, and leadership discussions.
Agentic AI in Shared Services Bootcamp, also scheduled for March 16, will offer a hands-on workshop exploring practical Agentic AI use cases and implementation strategies for shared services organizations.
Site Tours: Inside SSO Excellence on March 16 will allow attendees to visit operational shared services centers, observe real-world transformation initiatives, and meet leaders managing high-performing service centers.
SSOW Glow Party: Lucky 30 will be held on March 17 as a celebration of 30 years of SSOW. The St. Patrick’s Day-themed event will bring attendees together for entertainment, community building and networking.

In addition to the main conference, the Shared Services & GBS Select Executive Leadership Summit will run March 15-17, 2026, as a collocated event for qualified C-suite and senior leaders.
