TORONTO — The World Employment Confederation, in partnership with ACSESS, will host the World Employment Conference 2026 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, May 12-14, 2026. The annual gathering will bring together leaders in the HR services industry to examine labour market innovation, resilience, regulation and industry excellence under the theme “Grow with Talent.”

The full event runs May 11-14 and includes members-only meetings alongside the main conference program. The conference will focus on people-first approaches, the use of technology to unlock talent potential, and policies that support innovation and social value within the service industry.

Shawn Kanungo, an innovation strategist, bestselling author and former Deloitte innovation leader, will lead the attendees as one of the keynote speakers.
